We had previously installed sod in this backyard awhile back, but our customer wanted to add some large beds along the fence-line. Privacy plants like Green Giant Arborvitae trees were to be planted as a natural screening. So we cut out 3 large beds (1 of them shown above) and mulched them with a thick layer of hardwood mulch to prevent any weeds from growing and aesthetic purposes.

Before and after our landscaping crew weeded and mulched these beds with black dyed mulch last summer.

A few more before & after photos from a sod installation job (Fescue grass mix) we completed in early Spring of 2020. Photos were taken roughly 2 months apart from each other.
