Weekly Lawn Mowing
Each week (or two weeks) we will visit your property to cut the lawn as well as perform any necessary border trimming and edging. Border edging of sidewalks, driveways and planting beds creates a nice “pop” and contrast with the lawn.
Both bagging and mulching options for grass clippings are offered with a weekly mowing service. All remaining grass clippings on pavement and planting beds are blown-off. Doorway entries and planting beds are also left debris free. We are committed to delivering excellent curb appeal to your property every visit.
Fertilizer Program
Our 5-step fertilizer program offers the essentials for your property while avoiding any unnecessary applications for a safer and more environmentally friendly service. The fertilizer program is also convenient, long lasting and surely will improve the health and look of your property.
Seeding & Aerating
During the early Autumn season we provide lawn seeding and core-aerating services. Our grass seed is a premium fescue mix and has a great success rate. Aeration is not always necessary, but is generally recommended once a year with seeding. Aerating your property improves grass health by loosening soil and allowing airflow to reach the roots.
Patch Seeding
Throughout the Spring and Fall season patch seeding will be provided to provide a consistent look. This will also help cut down unwanted weeds and soil erosion.
Routine Leaf Removal
For properties in need of weekly and bi-weekly leaf removal, we offer leaf mulching or removal from the lawn. All sidewalks, curb lines and doorsteps are collected or mulched into the lawn. Collection of acorns, pods and sticks will be preformed if necessary.
