An Instant Lawn

Essentially an instant lawn, sodding is one of the miracles of lawn care and we are happy to install it for you. We use only the best pieces of sod that have been freshly cut and grown in a good soil medium for a healthier lawn. We work with certified sod farms that specialize in sod production. We offer three varieties of sod: a Fine Fescue mix (best for shaded areas), Tall Fescue mix and a Bluegrass mix (best for sunny areas).

All areas to be sodded will be graded to ensure a better transplant and all sod is seamed tightly to minimize sliding or gaps in between pieces. By committing to these standards, our installed sod will have a solid uniform look for that picture perfect lawn.
