How To Pay Online

All of our customers have the ability to pay an invoice or entire account balance online through a supplied link sent to you or the client hub. If you receive invoices from us by e-mail or text message, scroll down to “Supplied Link”. If you received a printed paper bill or do not have one, journey down to “Client Hub Login”.

As always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your invoice or account balance.

Supplied Link

Every single invoice sent out through e-mail and text message is supplied a website link that directs you to our online payment hub. To find this link in the email sent to you, scroll down towards the bottom of the message until you locate a dark green button labeled “Pay Invoice”. Click the button and it will load a web page to make your online payment.

If you received a text message with your invoice, locate the text message and click on the link supplied in the message. A web page will open up to make a payment.

Our online payments are powered by Jobber and Stripe!

Client Hub Login

Access your account balance, invoices, view appointments and request work all through the client hub. Click on the “Login” button below and type in your email address to access your hub. If you have not supplied Apex Lawnco with an email address, contact us and we will help you access the online payment page.

View Appointments

Want to know what day of the week the crew will be making a visit? View all mowing visits with two clicks of a button. In the client hub use the menu in the top left corner to locate the appointments tab.

Work Requests

If you realize that you need a quote for some yard work or a job to be scheduled, use the work requests feature in the client hub. Use the menu to find the work request tab and fill out the form. Our office will be notified and we will schedule an appointment just like that!
